Ever happened to check the electrical current at home? Well, my dad found out today that we indeed do have electricity. And managed to blow a fuse with another (and hitherto functioning) appliance just minutes after that. Just so you know, I was the bystander and made sure everything was witnessed and to be reported for your entertainment. ;-)
Other than that? I took a few days off and visited my parents. Things accomplished so far: blueberry picking, swimming in a vast pool with just 2 other people, eating blueberry cake, getting excited over an upcoming wedding, being sad for someone else, missing friends, cleaning out one whole room and repainting it, taking weeds out, eating raspberries fresh from the bush on a daily basis, swimming in a large pool full of people, changing a tyre, getting ready for a long distance swim tomorrow. So, what was your week like?
